1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal care products such as shampoo, conditioner, and other bath products cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Refund Amount: You will be refunded for the product price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are opened or damaged).

3. How to Return an Item

We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to send your items back.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the process.
